Here is the official press release from Stamford concerning my immediate termination with World Wrestling Entertainment.

It is with no sadness and even less regret, that I announce Robert Harry Alvis IV, or better known as Bob in his circle, has been immediately dismissed from his position of a web producer/WWE Radio Pay Per Listen voice. A hiring freeze was enacted in Stamford,CT on APRIL 1ST, and Mr.Alvis is no longer considered for employment. Mr.Alvis, was offered an opportunity with the WWF & WCW, in which he turned down both offers. After consulting with my close colleagues of Gerald Brisco, Sgt. Slaughter, Pat Patterson and Paul Levesque, or better known as Triple H, several alarming factors were brought to our attention

A) He wanted the Ding Dongs put in a triple threat match for the World Tag Team Titles at Wrestlemania 29.

B) He listed his favorite WWE Play By Play Announcer of all time as Mike Adamle.

C) He insisted there be a Pay-Per-View named "Monday in Moneta"

D) He refused to part with Coliseum Home Video's Release, "World Tour 92"

E) He thought the best member of the Four Horsemen was Paul Roma.

F) He had a glowing endorsement from Vince Russo.

I was willing to overlook all these things, but when it came to the question of, who would be the first person that you would take out of the WWE Hall of Fame, and Mr. Alvis wasted no time in replying, "Koko B Ware", I said http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E3MJYF6S4zQ

We wish Mr.Alvis no success in his future endeavors, we do however have him available for re-hire on APRIL 1ST of every year for the rest of time.

I wish all you reading this the best, and encourage you to tune in every Monday night at 8 PM to the USA Network (7 central) for Monday Night Raw, also please tune into SyFy every Friday at 8 PM (actually, don't bother, I don't) for Smackdown. Also, we will be gouging you next Sunday for Wrestlemania 29 at the incredibly low price of 69.95, (if you are a peasant who doesn't have HD, I'll cut ten dollars off the price and only charge you 59.95)

Team Bob

I decided to create something called "Team Bob". It is a closed Facebook group where people are encouraged to be encouraging. Motivate where people need motivation and just giving people maybe a good  thought or what not to start their day. Some of the things on "Team Bob" may be from the Christian perspective, others may be from the "good thoughts" bank. But, I think everyone, no matter their religious beliefs could use a little encouragement & motivation to start the day.

Why did I start "Team Bob"? One, so that there is a place I can see the motivational and inspirational thoughts of others. Also, I view it as an accountability page and a pick me up page. How can I be negative in my life, if I am encouraging others? Do we make mistakes and have moments to where the sun is not up? Sure, and that will probably continue to happen for some people, but I just want the sun to dip behind a cloud for moment and not be engulfed by clouds. Need a boost? That's where I am hoping "Team Bob" can come into play.

There are many great pages on Facebook that offer encouraging words, I am using "Team Bob" as a vehicle where a lot of these things can be seen. The reason I made "Team Bob" a group as opposed to a page, was I just didn't want anyone on there, I wanted people to request to join, so that I know who really wants that motivation and so I can stop junking people's wall with my positivity.
